Meiji period (1868-1912), a large floor vase with a tapered neck, porcelain painted in cobalt blue, iron red, turquoise and gilt with a willow tree and large floral blooms in shaped cartouches to each side, a blue decorative border above the foot rim and below the mouth rim, the wide flared mouth is decorated with iron red floral sprays and bats.
