Qing dynasty (1644-1912), 19th century, apricot ground silk embroidered in polychrome silk with three auspicious scenes separated by
ruyi head blue silk embroidered registers, the scenes show Chinese children at play surrounding dragons, foo lions, and a goddess riding a mythical
qilin, likely the top portion of a large altar frontal panel, now framed under glass.
Frame dimensions 17 1/2 x 74 1/2 in.
