Qianlong period (1736-95), includes an octagonal porcelain soup bowl and an octagonal porcelain dish, both hand painted with large family coat of arms to the center and decorated with flora and gilt borders on the wide rims.

The couple began collecting during the 1970s from galleries and auction houses across Europe and the United States, and even from Howard himself.
