A Tibetan Thangka Woodblock Print by C. Uzed Konchog

Ink on paper, appears to be a large block print of Guru Urgyan Dorje Chang who is one of eight manifestations of Guru Padmasambhava, also known as Guru Rinpoche, and represents enlightenment in Vajrayana Buddhism, presented under glass in a giltwood frame. The full series by C. Uzed Konchog is in the collection of the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria.

Frame dimensions 25 x 17 3/4 in.

Overall even light toning to paper; a few vertical and horizontal folding creases; a stain to lower right corner of margin; not examined outside of the frame.
