Length 13.5 in.

Affectionately known as a club duck, Mitchell Fulcher reheaded many Holly decoys which were used at the exclusive gun clubs along Core Banks. Fulcher is Carteret County's oldest known and most celebrated carver. His decoys have international acclaim. Like many gifted artists, he was somewhat eccentric and was known for having a furious temper; however, he was a perfectionist which is evident in his work.
Old gunning paint, age checks on back and bottom, an early brand has been removed.
