Qing dynasty (1644-1912), late 19th or early 20th century, a porcelain planter hand painted in famille rose palette to one side with Chinese figures in a vast mountainous outdoor landscape, and to the reverse side a large iron red bird perched in a lush garden, the smaller two sides with calligraphy inscriptions together with red artist seal and leaf, hole to center bottom, raised on four shaped feet.
