Germany, late 19th century, .800 silver standard, five pieces, each variously hallmarked including mark of Schleißner J.D. & Söhne, set comprising a coffee pot (13 1/4 in.); teapot (11 in.); covered sugar (6 1/2 in.); creamer (9 1/2 in.); and spirit kettle on stand (16 1/4 in. handle up), all featuring matching Bacchanalian putti frieze decoration to shoulder, with dolphin form feet and handles, without monograms. Sold together with an English silver-plated double handled waiter with menorah mark of Barker Ellis.
