MADE IN NEW HAVEN, CONN, U.S. OF AMERICA on left barrel, barrel stamping reads MOD and FULL on underside of barrels denoting factory chokes, extractor, single bead, double triggers, automatic safety, blued action, straight grain plain walnut pistol grip stock with semi-beavertail forend, factory plastic buttplate.

Introduced in 1939, the Model 24 was a durable and affordable double-barrel side-by-side shotgun. Known for its solid construction and reliability, the Model 24 was designed for both hunters and sport shooters. It featured a simple, rugged design with a double-trigger mechanism and was often used for upland bird and small game hunting.
Overall good estate condition, bluing has wear and thinning throughout, bores are shiny with slight wad fouling, barrels ring with clear church bell tone, stock finish in good condition, as normal no checkering is present, factory buttplate is intact, however dirty.
