Second half of the 19th century, porcelain hand painted in famille rose enamels in the
Rose Medallion pattern of shaped registers alternating with scenes of Chinese noble figures and birds and flowers, gilt ground populated with fruit, flora, and butterflies, includes an oval platter (8 1/2 x 11 1/4 in.), a saucer (6 1/4 in. diameter) (repaired crack through center and at edge), two plates (8 1/2 in. diameter) (small hairline to underside), and one dinner dish (9 5/8 in. diameter) (nicks and fritting to rim), all unmarked.
