In the late 1920s, North Carolina introduced pinback button-style fishing licenses, marking a shift from paper permits to durable, wearable badges. These celluloid buttons, approximately 1.75 inches in diameter, featured the year, license type, and often the state seal, allowing for easy identification by game wardens.
Overall very good estate condition, top lures lip cut to fit flat in the box.
