Early to mid 20th century, includes a footed dish with raised molded decoration of a longgui dragon turtle in Kutani green, purple, and yellow glaze swimming amidst swirling waves populated with bright green and iron red Buddhist treasures (3 in., 10 in. diameter), and a porcelain dish decorated a playful scene of frogs riding atop birds and shooting arrows at each other above autumn grasses against a light yellow ground, underside with eight character mark in red fan (7 1/8 in. diameter).

Good estate condition; plate with loss to original gilt painting on underside.
