Meiji period (1868-1912), worked in slender silver wire, the jeweled green color dragon energetically swirls around the vase in flight with its mouth open and white claws flared, expressive wide eyes, and red fire bursts surrounding him, against a deep blue ground, applied with a silver neck and foot rim, jungin (pure silver) mark to foot rim, unsigned.
