18th century or earlier, distemper on cloth, features a single deity, the Bodhisattva of Compassion, in his eleven-head incarnation, with six arms holding attributes, in a simple landscape with no accompanying figures, red border, reverse with five symbols in red, framed under glass floating above a fabric mat in a gilt wood frame.

Painting shows discoloration and darkening to areas resulting from smoke and yak butter burning below it on an altar; areas of fading to colors, especially to lower edge; wear to edges of cloth; some small areas of repair restoration; reverse side with areas of discoloration.
