Qing dynasty (1644-1912), 19th century, porcelain hand painted in underglaze blue with archaic patterns of expressive
taotie masks and key motif, raised from a square foot to wider body and tapered at neck ending in a thick rimmed square mouth, with flanges to sides, the upper body flanked with faux lion mask handles with rings, wide foot is unglazed.
