Circa 1940s, Pflueger Capitol 1989 reel features bakelite side plates, chromed brass frame and spool, stainless steel hardware with hard rubber handle and stainless steel reel foot, side plate marked PFLUEGER / CAPITOL / TRADE MARK / NO - 1989 / MADE IN U.S.A., unmarked rod with wooden forend and buttend with hard rubber fighting butt and 7 in. Boone Needlefish lure.
