Showa period (1926-1989), a black lacquer
suzuribako (writing box) finely decorated with a Japanese Heian period imperial cart to the cover, the interior decorated with rich
nashiji, has an ink stone and a silver water dropper, presented together with a yellow cloth and wooden
tomobako storage box.
Lacquer box 2 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 9 3/4 in. Wooden box 3 x 8 1/4 x 10 1/2 in.
