Overall very good estate condition, high polish bluing on barrels remains in very good condition with few scattered small blemishes present, bores are shiny, barrels ring with clear church bell tone, barrel to action fit is tight, engraving is sharp and undiminished, trigger guard, safety button and top lever bluing is strong, straight grain walnut stock finish in very good condition with few scattered light field marks, checkering is strongly present throughout with some wrist and butt wear and dryness on the inboard side of forend.
