Overall very good estate condition, barrel bluing largely strong with thinning areas are breach and muzzle and scattered light field marks, barrel has a dull tone when struck, bores are shiny and clean, barrel nitro proofed with 2 1/2 in. chambers and 1oz payload, engraving remains sharp and the coined patina retains some color casing color in protected areas and around fences, stock and forend finish is healthy, checkering pattern is clearly present and tactile with some areas filled in from oils and use, figured stock and forend display scattered small depressions and light field marks.
