Overall very good estate condition, barrel bluing in good condition with wear from edges of forend, thinning at muzzle and breach, and scattered very light handling marks, bores are bright and shiny, barrels ring with clear church bell tone, barrel to action fit is tight, 1 1/8oz nitro proof, unadorned and keyed sidelock action with cocking indicators displays a muted coin patina, top lever, barrel and forend released marked with a gold colored 2 indicating half of a pair, stock sheen is satin over figured walnut, checkering pattern is clearly present and tactile albeit slightly worn, checkered stock extension shows damage along edges including one large chip, stock oval is clear of engraving.

Case: original case in very good overall condition with wear and light damage to corners, leather is otherwise healthy, case lid is marked with text M.V.P., maker label is in very good condition as are care instructions and an additional label about the model and serial number of the gun, accessories include cleaning rod, jag, and Holland & Holland silver oil bottle and snap caps.
