The first, a Victorian silver salver, mark of George Ivory, London (1847), retail mark of Turner's, London; featuring a c-scroll rim with repousse floral motifs, raised on three openwork feet, armorial monogram (7 1/4 in. dia.); the second, a George VI silver salver, mark of Harrison Fisher & Co., Sheffield (1939), with a scalloped rim, raised on four scrolled feet, without a monogram (8 x 8 in.)
