Late 19th century, cast iron retaining some of the original gilt surface, model of the Philadelphia historic landmark, embossed "BIRTHPLACE OF AMERICAN INDEPENDENCE" to one side and "LIBERTY PROCLAIMED JULY.4.1776" to the other, underside "MADE.BY.ENTERPRISE.MFG.CO.PHILA/PAT SEP 14 1875" to underside.
