19th century, includes two vases and a square shaped jar with cover, the first vase hand painted with a gathering of scholars in a countryside villa, the sides flanked by turquoise colored lion heads holding red rings (16 5/8 x 8 1/2 x 5 1/4 in.), the second vase features scholars seated outside in nature, the sides flanked by red lion heads holding rings (16 1/4 x 8 1/4 x 5 1/4 in.), and the jar decorated with a goddess riding a
qilin in a lush landscape, the flat cover is decorated with scholarly motifs (14 x 7 x 7 in.), all unmarked.
Overall good estate condition; vase with teal handles has hairline to underside.
