The first an aesthetic period ewer by Reed & Barton, pattern 2104, the stout body chased with peach branch decoration, the spout and underside signed, with 19th century patent dates, and porcelain interior (10 1/2 in.); the second a Continental ewer with swirl glass baluster body, mounted with silver-plated ornate figural handle and mask spout, with round foot (14 3/4 in.).
Some scratches to metal; glass ewer with bleed and losses to plating; age crazing and toning to porcelain; some shallow denting to base of glass ewer.
