A Japanese Cloisonne Censer with Cover by Inaba Company

Meiji period (1868-1912), a cloisonne censer finely worked in brass filled with colorful enamels of floral garland against a black ground between a border of sky blue clouds and below sky blue waves, the shoulder of the censer with a regal phoenix flying, the cover with two heart shaped openings, raised on three squat feet, with an Inaba Company of Kyoto mark to the underside.
