A Chinese Export Porcelain Rose Medallion Chestnut Basket with Underplate

19th century, reticulated porcelain basket and underplate, both hand painted in Rose Medallion pattern, the basket has gilt shell handles.

Minor gilt rubbing; small minor chips to underside, small chip to one handle, and hairline traveling from underside to base of basket; undertray with a few small chips to reticulation.
