An Unusual Japanese Cloisonné Vase on High Foot

Meiji or Taisho period, early 20th century, with large scalloped rim that slightly flares outwards, light purple pink ground populated with patterned medallions, raised on a tall white foot decorated with stylized dragons above an art deco pattern border to foot rim, bronze mounts to rim and foot.
