Serial number of 218294 present on water table, barrel lug, forend iron and trigger guard, text of PARKER BROS. MAKERS. MERIDEN CT. U.S.A. TROJAN STEEL present on solid matted top rib of 30 in. barrel with single bead, un-engraved receiver, frame size 2, double triggers, automatic safety, snap forend attachment, checkered pistol grip walnut stock with checkered walnut forend, aftermarket recoil pad.

Overall fair estate condition, barrel patina is brown with scattered light surface rust and shallow light pitting scattered about its surface, bores are clean and have a muted shine, barrels ring with a clear church bell tone, barrel to action fit is tight, tiny hole in top rib forward of maker name indicating prior addition of second bead, action possesses browning gun patina, minimal screw slot damage, original stock finish remains with moderate evidence of significant use throughout, flat-top checkering remains clear and tactile, forend sliver chip along left side of iron near knuckle junction, slim gapping around top tang indicating former stock repair, stock sliver chip along right side of top tang, recoil pad shows evidence of much decay and possible heat exposure.
