English and American, each glass jar in faceted cylindrical form, the tallest's lid with mark of Albert Barker Ltd, London (1903) (3 3/4 in.); the second's lid with repousse scrollwork foliate patterns, marked "STERLING" (2 in.); the third with reeded perimeter, mark of Webster Co. and "STERLING" (2 1/4 in.); the fourth with beaded rim trim, worn maker's mark of La Pierre or Lebolt, marked "STERLING" and pattern "160" (1 5/8 in.); the fifth marked STERLING with engraved designs and foliate cartouche (1 5/8 in.); and the sixth with engine turned radial patterns, mark of Thomas Johnson I, London (1874), all but two variously monogrammed.
