Hanging scroll, ink, ink wash, and watercolors on paper with gold leaf, inscription with red seal to lower left of landscape image, a red seal to lower left of lower calligraphy section, with brocade mounting, finished with ivory rollers.

Tang Wai Hung, Doctor of Philosophy at the University of Hong Kong, is the first generation of TV professionals in Hong Kong. He has compiled hundreds of TV scripts and composed more than 300 Cantonese song lyrics. He is the author of multiple paintings books, including "A Journey to the West", "Paintings and Calligraphy of Ding Yanyong, and Research on the Paintings and Calligraphy of Professor Rao Zongyi etc. Tang studied calligraphy and painting by Zhao Shao’ang (1905-1998), Ding Yanyong (1902-1978), Rao Zongyi (1917-2018) and others. He is currently the Deputy Curator (Arts) of the Jao Tsung-I Academic Museum of the University of Hong Kong and the curator of the Jao Tsung-I Academic Art Museum in Guangzhou.

Very good condition; two areas of slight tear and lifting to lower corners of top section of the calligraphy; a few scattered areas of minor loss to paper.
