Overall very good estate condition, barrel finish is excellent, bores are shiny and barrels ring with a clear church bell tone, missing front bead, action engraving is clean and sharp with a quail on each side, gold washed trigger finish is unworn, attractive straight grained buttstock and field marks scattered throughout, significant toe chip impacting stock and buttplate, checkering remains clean and sharp.
