No visible serial number (NVS), text of PATENTED AUGUST 12, 1913 present on 32 in. blued steel barrel with single bead, text of DREAD NAUGHT present on left side of single shot receiver, text of STEVENS and other worn characters present on right side of action, exposed hammer, no safety, plain wood stock and forend, factory buttplate.

Overall poor estate condition, barrel bluing is largely intact with wear indicative of the age, bore has a muted shine, surface rust, oxidation and some pitting present on action, moderate screw slot damage, stock has a high gloss finish similar to spar varnish sheen, stock is loose on the action and a sliver chip is missing along the left side of the top tang, factory buttplate is broken and the broken section is held in place by brads.
