Length 6 in.

Roscoe Willis was born and raised in Hatteras village. He served as an engineer in the Lighthouse Service and was stationed on the Diamond Shoals Lightship. He had a lot of free time in that service and used it to carve duck and shorebird decoys. This miniature goose was carved later when he was living in Atlantic.
