Overall good estate condition, very healthy barrel bluing with few faint field marks presenting, bores are shiny, barrel to action fit is tight, barrels ring with a clear church bell tone, moderate engraving is clear and sharp, slight color casing color remains behind fences, under top lever and on forend, stock finish is healthy with light scattered field marks and few more notable dings rear edge of butt, flat top checkering with mullered borders is largely clean with small areas that are filled, horn forend tip is well affixed and in good condition, butt lines are somewhat crudely applied, stock oval along toe line is clear of personalization.

Case in very good condition, case felt interior shows only sparse areas of wear or damage, exterior and interior are dusty.
