Wilton Walker (NC, 1889-1974), Redhead

Wilton was a market hunter until 1918 and then served as the caretaker of the Launch Landing Club. His skill as a boat builder is obvious in his decoys. He made stylish flat bottom decoys and left the bodies rough from the wood rasp.
