The first, a large George V silver claret jug, mark of Hukin & Heath, Birmingham (1916), the blown glass jug with a pull handle featuring an armorial monogram to the lid reading "Touch Not the Cat but a Glove"; the second, an antique silver-plate mounted claret jug with gold wash mounts, a cut glass base, a mask form spout, and reeded finial, engraved "B.N.C. Sports / 1884 / Boating Mens Handicap / E. F. Macpherson", with an armorial shield monogram to the verso; and an antique English silver plated wine coaster with reticulated gallery and wooden insert.
