Norfolk, Virginia, circa 1791-1817, each with mark of "I Andrews" in a rectangle and "Norfolk" in rectangle, the matched pair each featuring a bead course rim and base, the creamer raised on four ball feet; the sugar topped with an urn form finial; not monogrammed.
