The first with Malacca shaft, mounted with Edwardian silver knob, worn maker's mark with London (1901) hallmarks (33 1/4 in.); the second also with Malacca shaft, engraved Edwardian silver ferrule with mark of J Howell & Co Ltd, Birmingham (1913), monogramed cartouche, beneath a bone handle (35 3/4 in.); third with polished burled rosewood shaft mounted with carved horn knob handle inlaid with 1883 Liberty head nickel (34 1/2 in.); the fourth in oak and bamboo shaft, trumpet form handle with sterling silver ferrule mount marked "E. C. Co. / STERLING" (35 1/2 in.); the fifth a sword cane with bamboo shaft with carved horn handle, concealing a sword, marked "SOLINCEN" (33 1/4 in.); and a vintage Bridges pink glass knob form with ebonized shaft, engraved "Bridges" to the brass mount (36 in.).
