Circa 1900, .800 silver, mark of B. Neresheimer & Söhne to each textured plinth, each modeled in the form of a polo player with his mallet astride a horse, XRF tested.

6 1/2 x 7 x 2 1/4 in. (each approximately)

27 total troy oz.

Founded in 1893, B. Neresheimer & Söhne was one of the most celebrated silversmiths working in Hanau, Germany. Examples of their work were exhibited at the 1893 Chicago World's Columbian Exposition and the 1904 St. Louis International Exposition.

Good estate condition.
