1893 date symbol, pattern number S1038, the silver frame expertly fashioned to encase the blown glass vessel with hand-cut and wheel engraved floral and foliate motifs, the silver frame intricately decorated with rocaille and foliate design, the everted rim engraved "1850 Brown 1900."
