Due to the popularity of the large, colorful advertisement posters in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, famed lithographer Jules Chéret (French, 1836-1932) organized the Maîtres de l'Affiche series as a grouping of 256 lithographic prints that were smaller versions of the larger posters.

Some toning; some spotting to one; one with small tears; not examined out of frames.
