Meiji or Taisho period, early 20th century, Nagoya school, blue ground with scroll decoration in gold amidst plum blossoms, large bright colored flowers to cover, underside with gold scrolls on black ground, brass mounts, interior lined in brass incised with decoration of a bird and fish, raised on four feet, appears unmarked.
