Overall very good estate condition, bore is bright and shiny, gun presents as nearly unfired, blued finishes are strong and clean, attractive walnut was selected and ornate checkering pattern applied, satin sheen stock finish, some scattered light field marks and a splattering of a substance that has left some light color speckles on the forend and in the checkering, recoil pad is sticky which is a frequently found state with Remington recoil pads from this period.
