19th century, the first a Korean rosewood box with brass mounts; the second a Chinese hardwood tabletop cabinet with brass mounts and pulls.

From the Estate of the late Susan C. Frankenberg, Hillsborough, North Carolina Korean box: one hinge no longer secured to lid, scattered verdigris to brass mounts, water staining to lid and interior with associated spotting, losses to a few brass joints, underside with old tape to secure panel, cracking to bottom panel.
Tabletop cabinet: scattered spotting to interior, one drawer with insect damage, some corrosion and oxidation to hinges at interior.
