A carved brush pot with continuous decoration imitating a knotted section of burl wood decorated in relief with plum blossoms and lingzhi, underside with a long incised Buddhist inscription rubbed in green pigment with two seals at the lower left.

Exterior in good condition; the interior has surface wear and losses with some possible repair.
