Qing dynasty (1644-1912), 18th century, ink, colors, and gold on silk, an impressive painting on silk of a large Chinese family in front of a family altar with offering table adorned with incense burners and flowers, to the right and left on side tables are fruit offerings, ornate lanterns hang above, the largest figures featured in the top center wear their formal court attire, both with tiger rank badges, showing they were ranked in the military, the figures below are likely descendants and most wear egret civil rank badges, there are five women and five men below the central couple, the entire painting is has been crafted with extraordinary skill and fantastic details, beautifully professionally framed under glass.

Significant fading and loss to pigments in upper section of the painting; some scattered stains and water spots; toning to silk; scattered minor wear and loss to lower section o the painting; not examined outside of the frame.
