20th century, rosewood, possibly huanghuali, with an attractive tight grain throughout, rounded segmented bentwood crest and arm, curved back panel with relief carved cartouche, rounded spindle supports, plank seat with underside rounded edge, circular column legs, with molded edge return panels, stretcher base with foot rail.

Each 39 x 27 1/2 x 26 in., Seat height 19 1/4 in.
