ADKIN & SONS BEDFORD present on smooth top rib with single front bead, 28 in. sleeved fluid steel barrels, 100% coverage rose and scroll engraving over silver coined patina receiver, double triggers, ejectors, automatic safety, straight grip flat top checkered walnut buttstock with stock oval inlay along toe line, checkered splinter walnut forend, lined horn buttplate.

Overall very good estate condition, barrel bluing is excellent, bores are shiny, barrels ring with clear church bell tone, barrel to action fit is tight, coined patina engraved receiver is clean and unworn, stock finish is intact with scattered moderate field marks throughout, drop points slightly worn while clearly present, very fine lines per inch and mullered border flat top checking pattern with small sections filled with old gun oil, lined horn buttplate is devoid of worm holes or cracking and remains healthy.
