A Tibetan Buddhist Tantric Ritual Carved Bone Crown

19th or early 20th century, a crown of pointed carved bone skulls with sharp teeth, above are ruyi shaped tiers with flourish motifs, lotus petal border below, the carved bone is hand sewn onto a fabric band, with additional carved bone bead garland that hang below, leather ties extend from each side of the band.

length 14 1/4 in., with ties 31 1/2 in.
