A Himalayan Asian Bronze Seated Buddha

Tibetan or Nepalese, the Buddha is seated in vajrasana on a double lotus base with beading at top, his right hand is in bhumisparsha mudra, the left hand resting on his knee, he has a long narrow face with etched features, his hair in curls and has a ushnisha that is topped with a tall pointed finial.

Wear with extensive losses to surface on front of base and rim; wrist of Buddha has a casting flaw; rubbing and wear consistent with age.
