Paris, circa 1890, 1st standard (.950 silver) (confirmed with XRF testing), in the 18th century rococo style, with rocaille and floral design, tall central candle holder surrounded by six scrolling arms with acanthus motif. Marked on base, upper standard, each arm, each nozzle and each wax pan.
